A Historic Beverly Hills Property
Originally built in 1930, the mansion was once owned by Mary Sheldon, daughter of Sidney Sheldon, the creator of I Dream of Jeannie. In 2016, Sheldon sold the property to investor Daniel Starr for $4.3 million.
Listed last year for $15 million, the estate saw a notable price drop before Rihanna’s purchase.
