Celebrate the Holidays with Signature Dining Experiences
The Polo Lounge has curated a series of unforgettable holiday dining experiences, with prix-fixe menus, live music, and delightful extras for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Thanksgiving Day Brunch: From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., enjoy a four-course menu ($260 per adult, $120 for children under 12) with live music from noon to 10 p.m. Optional wine pairing is available, and a grand dessert buffet rounds out the meal.
Christmas Eve Dinner: A festive four-course meal from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. featuring live music and a visit from Santa Claus from noon to 6 p.m.
Christmas Day Feast: Available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with music, a grand dessert buffet, and Santa’s appearance from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
New Year’s Eve Celebration: Ring in 2024 with a grand prix-fixe menu from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., live music, dancing, a photo booth, and a champagne toast at midnight.
Indulge in 12 Days of Soufflés
Celebrate the season with a Polo Lounge exclusive: 12 Days of Soufflés. Each night, guests can enjoy a different holiday-inspired soufflé flavor—from Pumpkin Pie to Peppermint Chocolate Chip. Seasonal classics like Spiced Mulled Wine and Spiked Eggnog are also on offer, creating the perfect pairing for a cozy evening. Available December 12–23 during dinner service only.
Marco Walker’s “Golden Hour” Photography Exhibition
Adding an artistic touch to the season, The Beverly Hills Hotel presents Golden Hour, a photography exhibition by LA-based artist Marco Walker. Commissioned by the hotel, Walker’s new series captures the hotel’s landscapes in vivid color and innovative collage techniques, blending history and dreamlike perspectives. On display through January 15, 2025, this exhibition brings the beauty of California’s iconic Pink Palace to life.
